For one of our clients, a renowned law firm in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated Patent Attorney (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Contact person for all questions relating to industrial property rights (patents, trademarks and designs)
• Conducting grant, opposition and appeal proceedings
• Representation of clients before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, WIPO and, if indicated, the Federal Patent Court
• Preparation and filing of patent applications
• Attendance of international application and grant proceedings

Your profile:

• University degree in one of the following fields: Mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics, electrical engineering, materials science, or comparable
• Admission as patent attorney (DPMA sufficient)
• Business fluent language skills in German and English
