For one of our clients, a service provider in the field of intellectual property, we are hiring an accountant (m/f/d) for their office in Munich.

Your tasks:

• Handling of preparatory activities regarding the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
• Booking of all business transactions, management of payment transactions, dunning, examination of travel expense accounting and booking of cash;
• Optimisation and development of accounting processes;
• Preparation of the advance return for sales tax;
• Handling of general, subsidiary and asset accounting;
• Consolidation of various locations;
• Cooperation with auditors, authorities, etc.;
• Determination of shareholder accounts;
• Determination of internal cost allocation;
• Permanent analysis of corporate guidelines and implementation by developing processes;
• Handling of various corporate financial statements;
• Analysis of complex facts and ensuring their correct description from a group perspective;
• Handling of intercompany coordinations;
• Special tasks and projects;
• Contact person (m/f/d) for issues regarding balancing;
• Independent processing of all accounting transactions;
• Adjustment of accounts;
• Preparation of statistics and evaluations.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk with additional training as an accountant;
• Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting and balancing;
• Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, team spirit and sense of responsibility;
• Excellent internal and external communication skills;
• Confident use of MS-Office applications;
• Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION knowledge desirable, but no showstopper.
