For one of our clients, a renowned law firm in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated patent attorney candidate (f/m/d)

As part of your training, you will be guided and trained in the following tasks:

• Providing advice on all aspects of intellectual property law
• Drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications on a national and international level
• Patent law support of patent infringement proceedings as well as support of nullity proceedings and license negotiations
• Accompaniment of oral negotiations

Your profile:

• Completed (master or diploma) studies in mechanical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, process engineering or comparable in this sense
• Strong interest in (patent) legal issues at the interface between technology and law
• Excellent knowledge of German
• Business fluent English
• Ability to work independently
• Team and communication skills
• Confident and convincing appearance
