For one of our clients, a renowned law firm, we are looking for a dedicated Patent Engineer (f/m/d) for their Hamburg office.

Your tasks:

• Internal patent law consulting
• Evaluation of inventions, patent applications and examination procedures
• Cooperation with patent attorneys

Your profile:

• Completed studies in a technical field (physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering) or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the patent department of an industrial company or a patent law firm is desirable
• Knowledge of the requirements of national, European and international application procedures
• Experience regarding patent searches in national, European and US databases
• Distinct analytical thinking, quick comprehension as well as systematic, precise and careful work
• Business fluent in German and English
• Independence, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
