For one of our clients, a global player in the field of Intellectual Property, we are hiring a Patent Paralegal (m/f/d) in Munich.

Your tasks:

• Handling of formalities in connection with the filing of German, EP and PCT as well as national application and grant procedures;
• Essentially independent business correspondence with institutions, colleagues abroad and clients;
• Billing and control of invoices.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training course for Patent Paralegals or Administrative Assistants;
• Practical experience in the field of patents (3-5 years);
• Very good written and oral English skills;
• Secure use of modern IT;
• Team spirit, flexibility, independent and conscientious working style.
