For a renowned, international patent law firm we are looking for a dedicated Patent Attorney Candidate (f/m/d).

Your tasks:

• Handling tasks at the interface between innovation and law
• Accompaniment of
  • Patent application proceedings at home and abroad
  • Opposition proceedings before the German and European Patent Office
  • Patent nullity proceedings as well as patent infringement proceedings
• Other related activities as part of your comprehensive training

Your profile:

The following requirements apply to patent attorney training:

• Completed studies in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science related to engineering, materials science, metallurgy, rock metallurgy, basic materials science, civil engineering (civil engineering), process engineering (especially ceramics), biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacy, etc.
• Strong interest in (patent) legal issues at the interface between technology and law
• Excellent knowledge of German and business fluent in English
• Independent working style, team and communication skills, confident and convincing appearance
