Your tasks:

• You deal with tasks at the interface between innovation and law;
• You accompany
  • patent application procedures in Germany and internationally;
  • opposition procedures before the German and European Patent Office;
  • patent infringement proceedings and proceedings for invalidity;
• Other similar activities as part of the comprehensive training.

Your profile:

The admission requirements for the patent attorney training are as follows:

• University degree in physics or engineerings sciences;
• A keen interest in patent-related topics at the interface between technology and law;
• Excellent German language skills and fluency in English;
• You have the ability to work independently, are a team player and a good communicator and you are self-assured and confident.
