For one of our clients, a renowned law firm in Northern Germany, we are looking for a dedicated Patent Attorney (f/m/d).

Your tasks:

• You advise national and international clients in high-profile patent litigation matters
• You accompany the entire life cycle of the patent (drafting to filing and prosecution of the patent application)
• You draft opinions on the validity of intellectual property rights
• You correspond with all parties involved in the process (inventors and other experts)
• You maintain relationships with a select client base, which you continue to expand
• You pursue other related topics

Your profile:

• You are qualified as a German and/or European Patent Attorney
• You have a university degree in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or process engineering or similar
• You speak business fluent English and German
