Patent attorney specialized in Physics (m/f/d)
For our client, a leading patent law firm with global reach, we are looking for a qualified "Patent Attorney specialized in Physics (m/f/d)" in Frankfurt.
Your tasks:
- You are the contact person for all questions related to intellectual property rights for international clients from various fields such as classical physics, electrical engineering and computer-implemented inventions;
- Prosecution of grant, opposition and appeal proceedings and representation of clients before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, WIPO and, if indicated, the Federal Patent Court;
- Preparation and filing of patent applications;
- Accompaniment of international application and grant procedures, also of larger patent families;
- Support of the internal registration, transcription and EP validation departments.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in physics and examinations as a patent attorney as well as admission as an European patent attorney;
- Linguistic talent for the precise presentation of complicated technical and legal issues;
- Initiative team player with pronounced communication skills;
- Interest in organizational topics, quality management and process optimization;
- Besides native German language skills, very good English and ideally French language skills;
- You are welcome to bring in your own client base.
