Your tasks:

• You will accompany international recruiting processes in the field of trademarks and patents, including C-level positions;
• You will correspond with international applicants such as patent attorneys, trademark attorneys, IT, sales and finance experts and patent attorney assistants;
• You will accompany the careers of people around the world - mainly in Germany, Luxembourg, France, England, Switzerland, Italy and many more;
• You will support decision-makers in personnel target-setting processes and accompany them in job interviews;
• You will represent the Omega Consulting Group at trade fairs and conferences;
• You will support all the tasks of a globally active personnel consultancy.
  
  Your profile:

• You have completed a degree;
• You enjoy recruiting and interacting with people;
• You have strong communication skills;
• You are fluent in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
