Your duties:

• You will be the central support for our team in all topics and will gain insights into the most diverse fields of activity of a personnel service provider;
• In the area of applicant management, you will post job offers on various platforms, schedule job interviews, create and maintain candidate profiles and play a major role in the active online search for candidates from the intellectual property and legal sectors;
• In online marketing you will be responsible for our website and social media channels;
• You scan the market for current trends in recruiting, trade fairs and events;
• You will perform other comparable assistance tasks.

Your profile:

• You are studying law, business administration, communication sciences or have a sales and communication talent;
• You are interested in the service industry and are confident in dealing with people of different languages and cultures;
• You are fluent in German and English;
• You are confident in using software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
• You are highly motivated, resilient and flexible.
