IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)
For one of our clients, a renowned service company in the world of patents and trademarks, we are looking for an "IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)" for their office in Howald.
Your tasks
- Co-Lead and Manage the IT Infrastructure Team
- Design and implement Global Technology Standards
- Optimizing and leveraging existing global IT Infrastructure
- Manage 3rd parties and outsourced services
- Manage complex Microsoft environment
- Maintain and optimize a global network around the world
- Design, Implement and maintain cloud based solutions (private, public & hybrid)
- Monitor and trigger quality of services
- Be an active player in innovation programs and concepts
- Manage RFP’s (Request For Proposal)
- Coordinate suppliers and vendors
- Work in virtualized organizations with international colleagues and end users
Your profile
- University degree with minimum 7 years of experience as an Infrastructure and Network Manager
- Experience in network troubleshooting, remote support and hardware failure diagnosis
- Excellent Microsoft Knowledge
- Deep Knowledge in Security systems
- Familiar with ISO certifications, especially ISO27001
- Strong Skills in Datacenter Management
- Strong Knowledge of Backup Systems
- Strong Team Leadership skills
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, autonomous, motivated and well organized
- Strong analytical skills to solve issues in a timely manner
- Good team player with a positive attitude in a challenging environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French is considered as an asset
