IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)

For one of our clients, a renowned service company in the world of patents and trademarks, we are looking for an "IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)" for their office in Howald.

Your tasks

  • Co-Lead and Manage the IT Infrastructure Team
  • Design and implement Global Technology Standards
  • Optimizing and leveraging existing global IT Infrastructure
  • Manage 3rd parties and outsourced services
  • Manage complex Microsoft environment
  • Maintain and optimize a global network around the world
  • Design, Implement and maintain cloud based solutions (private, public & hybrid)
  • Monitor and trigger quality of services
  • Be an active player in innovation programs and concepts
  • Manage RFP’s (Request For Proposal)
  • Coordinate suppliers and vendors
  • Work in virtualized organizations with international colleagues and end users

Your profile

  • University degree with minimum 7 years of experience as an Infrastructure and Network Manager
  • Experience in network troubleshooting, remote support and hardware failure diagnosis
  • Excellent Microsoft Knowledge
  • Deep Knowledge in Security systems
  • Familiar with ISO certifications, especially ISO27001
  • Strong Skills in Datacenter Management
  • Strong Knowledge of Backup Systems
  • Strong Team Leadership skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive, autonomous, motivated and well organized
  • Strong analytical skills to solve issues in a timely manner
  • Good team player with a positive attitude in a challenging environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French is considered as an asset
