Your tasks:

All-round advice to international clients in the field of trademark, design and competition law
Supervision of trademark portfolios
Representation of clients in court proceedings
Classic tasks (registrations, oppositions, cancellation requests, etc.)
Advice on contract law, employee invention law
Drafting of contracts

Your profile:

Qualification as a lawyer
Expertise in the field of trademark, design and competition law
2-5 years of professional experience; ideally at least 2 years in IP law
Knowledge of IP law desirable
Excellent German and English language skills
