For one of our clients, a leading global law firm, we are looking for a dedicated lawyer (m/f/d) for their Frankfurt office.

Your tasks:

• Representation and advice on all capital markets and corporate law issues. 
• Classic range of tasks as a lawyer with a focus on stock corporation and capital markets law 

Your profile: 

• Relevant professional experience / also entry level 
• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Possibly already international experience
• Knowledge of finance and accounting is a prerequisite 
• LL.M. desirable
