Your tasks:

• Representing and advising national and international companies on management and corporate law issues.
  Classic range of tasks as a lawyer with a focus on commercial law

Your profile:

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) desirable
  First professional experience in commercial law
  Excellent language skills in German and English
  Affinity for business law topics such as transactions and business management
