For one of our clients, a leading global law firm, we are looking for a dedicated Lawyer IP/IT, E-Commerce (m/f/d) for their location in Berlin

Your tasks: 

• Providing legal advice to companies of all sizes and industries on IP issues in connection with IT and e-commerce
• Advice also in related fields of law such as: Service law, production law, cloud computing, licensing law, general terms and conditions, etc.
• Contract drafting and contract law
• Coordination of international consulting projects (EU, USA, Japan)

Your profile:

• Two above-average bar examinations in law
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field
• "Tech affinity"
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• Entrepreneurial thinking is desirable and welcome
• Enjoyment of networking is desirable
