Your tasks:

• You will be the central support for our team and will get insights into a wide variety of tasks of a personnel service provider;
• In particular, you will be involved in oral and written communication with candidates as well as in the development and maintenance of our candidate network;
• You will post job offers on various platforms, schedule interviews, create and maintain candidate profiles;You perform other similar assistance tasks and general administrative activities;
• Very flexible working hours (mornings / afternoons / evenings). 

Your profile:

• You have completed training, e.g. as a foreign language correspondent, or are studying law, business administration with a focus on human resources, communication sciences or have a sales and communication vein;
• You enjoy high-level communication and direct customer contact, both verbally and in writing;You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English;
• You are confident in using software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);You have high self-motivation and flexibility.
