For one of our clients, a renowned service company in the field of patents and trademarks, we are looking for an ambitious "Product Manager Software (f/m/d)" for the Munich office.

Your role

• Define and drive a strong product vision and a focused product strategy and create buy-in for both internal and key external partners

• Translate product strategy into a prioritized product roadmap and continuous product releases

• Take on full business responsibility and ensure economic viability of the product by deciding on the profit formula, cost, and revenue streams

• Devise a powerful value proposition, ensure strong product positioning in the market and have a profound knowledge of the competitive landscape

• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points; define core segments, customer profiles and personas (product-market-fit)

• Represent the company by visiting international customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

• Drive product launches and go-to-market together with business development, marketing teams and regional managers

• Work closely together with other product managers internationally to improve integration of the group’s product portfolio, thus contributing to a better customer experience throughout Dennemeyer’s digital ecosystem

Your profile

• A degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, computer science or relevant field

• Proven work experience in product management or related functions

• In depth knowledge of lean product principles, continuous discovery habits and agile development practices 

• Proven ability to develop customer-centric product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

• Strong business acumen and technology sophistication

• Experience in creating business models and pricing strategies

• Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development

• Strong problem solving skills and ready to actively contribute to develop success

• Skills at working effectively in cross-functional teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is mandatory
