For one of our clients, a renowned patent law firm in the heart of Munich, we are looking for a Patent Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering/physics with the possibility to train as a European Patent Attorney.

Your tasks:

• Active support of a new development from the idea to the granted industrial property right
• Drafting and filing patent applications in Germany and abroad
• Conducting patent grant proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices
• Assisting in opposition, nullity and patent infringement proceedings in cooperation with our attorneys

Your profile:

• Completed university studies in electrical engineering/physics (university)
• Interest in patent law issues
• Ability to abstract and good verbal skills
• Fluency in German; Very good knowledge of English, preferably acquired through a stay abroad
