For one of our clients, a renowned law firm in the field of intellectual property, we are recruiting a "Trainee Patent Attorney (f/m)" for their office in Munich

During your training you will be supported and trained in the following tasks and duties:

• Consulting in all aspects of intellectual property;
• Drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications at a national and international level;
• Legal support of patent infringements as well as support of nullity proceedings and license negotiation;
• Support of oral proceedings.

Your profile:

• Degree in physics, electrical engineering or material science, metallurgy, ferrous metallurgy, civil engineering, process engineering (especially ceramics);
• Strong interest in patent law related matters as the interface between science and law;
• Excellent communication skills in German;
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Independent working manner;
• Strong ability to communicate and work in a team;
• Confident and convincing appearance.
